Our Terms and Conditions

1. Your use of Fraser Chauffeurs indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions
2. All bookings are calculated to and from base, which is Hyde Park Corner
3. Car parking, tolls and porterage are charged at cost. Any parking tickets gained by the request of a client asking the chauffeur to ‘wait here’ shall also be charged at cost
4. Fraser Chauffeurs does not accept any responsibility for personal goods left in the vehicle
5. Arrival on time means 15 minutes before the clients’ specified time
6. VAT charged at 17.5%.

   3% credit card surcharge
7. Minimum 2 hour charge

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Any cancellations within 12 hours of time of hire will incur 100% charge
2. Any cancellations within 24 hours of time of hire will incur 50% charge

Bank holidays surcharge 25%, with the exception of Christmas Day and New Years Day which will incur a charge of 100%
